Safety Concerns!

For your safety and ours, we ask that you do not get too close to the vehicles for any reason. If you have an issue that you would like to discuss, please contact us at 575-390-4549.

• Have your carts our by 5 am
• Be sure the container is not blocked
• Confirm that the arrow on the lid of the cart is pointing towards the street
• Ensure that the cart(s) is at least two feet from fences, gas meters and etc.

PLEASE NOTE:  Any cart that is not set out or any container that is blocked will not be serviced.

Although we go through great lengths to clean up any waste that may have fallen out during the dumping of your cart, please help our Drivers keep your neighborhood clean by bagging all of your waste before you put it in the container. 

 In order to adhere to rules and regulations we must abide by, the following items are not allowed in our containers, including but not limited to:

* Hazardous materials

* Flammable liquids,

* Oil,

* Car batteries

* Dead animals

* Asbestos waste

* Construction debris

If you are disabled or elderly, please call us and we can make special arrangements to get your container serviced.
